Banuiesc ca ai trecut peste episodul cu "For security reasons, initial limits are set on the amount you can send, receive, and withdraw from your PayPal account. To lift your limits, select all you want to lift and click the Lift Limits button." [Notificare pe care o ai in contul tau de paypal : My account --> Overview --> View Limits ]

Altfel, cum a mentionat si Vicentiu, nu exista o legatura directa intre limita de retragere si tipul cardului.
