daca e cum zici.. de ce a fost nevoie de un paragraf expres pt ip content?
faptul ca orine poate accesa si folosi "that information" este traducerea in clar ca public inseamna ca nu poti opri pe nimeni sa vada si sa spuna mai departe ce a vazut; "that information" nu e "ip content";

iar in exemplele date de tine.. nu basescu sau iliescu erau in masura sa faca ceva (dpdv al dreptului de folosire a imaginii) cu respectivii fotografi care au tras cadrele;
