Am gasit acest raport facut de catre GALLUP, care mi se pare interesant. Trebuie subliniat desi, ca este facut pe piata US, insa cred ca oarecum este valabila si la noi.

Cateva idei pe care eu consider ca merita mentionat si retinut (citez, deci scuze pentru text in limba engleza):
- "Therefore, if companies want to acquire new customers, their best bet is to engage their existing customers and inspire them to advocate on their behalf."
- "The process may involve a lot of trial and error, but there is potential in social media that is not directly related to sales revenue"
- "Yet, many companies continue to treat social media as a one-way communication vehicle and are largely focused on how they can use these sites to push their marketing agendas."
