Atunci cand cumperi o tema de pe ThemeForest, esti acord cu licenta de pe ThemeForest, deci NU ai voie sa o redistribui. Iar, din nou, conform licentei cu care cumperi de pe ThemeForest, 1 site = 1 licenta, deci daca vrei sa folosesti o tema pe 5 site-uri, cumperi 5 licente.

Exista si optiunea de GPL pe ThemeForest, temele acelea le poti vinde/distribui/etc, dar pe celelalte nu ai voie.

Daca vrei sa scapi de tema, pune-o pe un site si vinde site-ul cu totul, deci nu licenta. Asta ai voie sa faci. Dar sa o vinzi catre mai multi useri este ilegal si e japca pe fata, tu n-ai facut nimic la tema aia, ca sa meriti vreun ban de pe ea.

What about Envato’s license?

Envato’s marketplace license for themes or plugins sold on the marketplaces covers all the components of these items, except for the specific components covered by the GPL. This is why it’s called a split license: because different license terms can cover individual components that make up a single item.

The PHP component and integrated HTML are covered by the GPL. The rest of the components created by the author (such as the CSS, images, graphics, design, photos, etc) are covered by the marketplace license.
