mail fals de la paypall ?

Intentionez sa-mi deschid un cont paypall pe care sa-l alimentez dintr-un card de la Banca Transilvania, card deschis pe persoana fizica pe numele meu.
Am citit cateceva despre paypall, am mai intrebat in stanga si-n dreapta si cred ca sant in proportie de cca 70-80 % lamurit in ceea ce priveste functionarea sistemului.
Acuma vine chestia interesanta si pe care nu mi-o pot explica si la care va rog sa-mi dati o mana de ajutor.
Azi am primit un mail cu urmatorul continut :

Deci mentionez : NU AM IN ACEST MOMENT CONT PE PAYPALL.
Deci tare ma mir cum sa platesc eu ceva de 47,85 usd pentru un digimax 130 ( habar nu am nici ce e ala si nici cu ce sa "mananca" )
Daca urmez link-ul din mail ajung pe pagina unde trebuie sa ma loghez.
Mailul acesta sincer i-mi pune o gramada de semne de intrebare.
Adica ma gandesc ca daca accesez pagina respectiva si scriu ceea ce mi se cere acolo ( adresa de e-mail si parola ) sa nu ajunga cine stie pe unde aceste date confidentiale si sa ma trezesc cu cine stie ce surprize.
Asa ca intrebarea mea este ce e de facut in acest caz si daca a mai patit cineva din voi asa ceva.
Pana una alta am dat un forward la spoof@paypal.com acolo la rubrica unde scria : "If you think you’ve received a phishing email:"
Habar n-am ce e ala phishing email.
So please help me .....careva

Nu introduce datele personale... este o vrajeala clasica..
Poti sa verifici headerul de la email... sa vezi ca cel care a trimis mailul nu este PayPal... stopspam.org/email/headers.html

azi dimineata am gasit in mail urmatorul mesaj :
