Dani eu cred ca poti sa incerci, sitepoit este trademark dar nu cred ca acopera si teritoriul RO, dupa cum poti vedea in link-ul dat de Neo nu acopera protocolul de la Madrid. Este destul de complicat si cu trademark-ul, cel care doreste o protejare internationala trebuie sa depuna cerere la toti registry.

Este o marca protejata la nivel international, inclusiv la nivelul Uniunii Europene, pentru cuvantul sitepoint; marca nr. 004803607 / 2005. Cum am spus si mai sus, evita sa creezi un website cu un continut din clasele 9, 35, 39, 42. Altfel, vei pierde orice disputa la RoTld.
