During Ballmer's speech today at MSN's 7th annual Strategic Account Summit, the launch of Microsoft adCenter in the U.S was announced. AdCenter serves all the advertising on MSN Search. The new platform offers powerful targeting and has been predicted to change the online search ads landscape.
