Conform licentei din fisier, ai voie sa faci ce vrei cu codul php si html. Sa-l distribui, modifici, vinzi whatever.
Din pacate nu ai dreptul sa distribui css / imagini / design.

Cand ai cumparat / downlaodat, ai fost de acord cu acesti termeni.

Pe de alta parte, problema e inca neclara si discutata, pentru ca licenta wordpress spune asa:
