In primul rand, am scris la PayPal, pe contul lor de Facebook, unde mi-au raspuns rapid, cam in 1-2 zile:

"Hello, PayPal

My name is ...., I'm from Romania and here's my problem: I want to link and confirm my card, but I keep getting the following message:

"The Credit Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your credit card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience."

It's been almost two weeks since. I sent a email to your address, but I got no reply whatsoever and it's been more than a week.

Can you please help me? It is very unpleaseant and I'm quite disappointed by the way PayPal deals with these problems".

My apologies for our lack of response. I'm not sure why we wouldn't have responded to your emails but we'll definitely look into that. As far as the issue with your card, it's actually your card issuer denying our ability to verify your card. They're just providing a generic denial so unfortunately I can't shed any light on why this is happening. You'll want to contact your card issuer to find out what's going on and how they can fix it. The good news is that once they sort it out you should have a far easier time verifying your card.

Intamplator sau nu, la scurt timp s-a deblocat si am putut sa fac urmatorul pas, a aparut: Link an confirm my card. Problema era ca nu mergea sa fac urmatorul pas, cel in care sa bag codul. I-am contactat pe cei de la ING, mi-au zis ca sunt blocate vreo 2 coduri (din incercarile mele) si ca trebuie sa am bani in contul bancar (nu de PayPal, unde aveam si ma miram de ce nu merge). Am incarcat si, dupa mai multe incercari (uitasem ca semnasem si pt o asigurare care imi lua din cont ceva bani si nu stiam de ce nu raman suficienti), am pus ceva mai multi bani si am reusit.
