Ieri am primit urmatorul email:

SONY MOBILE is the owner of the well-known trademark and trade names “Sony Mobile” and “Xperia”. As you are no doubt aware these trademarks are used to identify products, services, activities and events related to Sony Mobile.

You have registered the domain(s) xperia********.com which clearly incorporates and could cause confusion with Sony Mobile’s famous mark.

In view of Sony ’s rights to its trademark(s) we ask that you immediately discontinue any and all use of the Domain Name.

If you do not respond or refuse to cooperate, we will consider taking further action.

Am verificat si intradevar marca xperia e inregistrata de SONY (+ mail-ul este trimis folosind un domeniu detinut de SONY), ce ma sfatuiti sa fac ? Intreb aici pt ca poate e cineva care a mai patit-o.
Ideea e ca domeniul nici macar nu e folosit, l-am luat la gramada pt mi-a placut cum suna. Dar ma pot lipsi de el fara probleme.
