Eu am trimis mail la ei inca de prima data cand nu a mers. Dar imi pune intrebari, precum:

A. Why couldn't I complete my payment?
B. Where is the refund I received?
C. What is an unclaimed payment?
D. Why is my order still pending?
E. Why haven't I received a payment?

Ce sa le raspund? Eu nu am nici-o plata in asteptare. Nu vreau sa dau refund si etc. Vreau doar sa trimit si nu merge.
