1. Paypal are curs propriu, nu cursul tau de la BNR sau banca ta.
2. Exista comisionul bancii tale, pentru transferul card / paypal account (asta pentru ca avea-i 0)
3. Exista comisionul PayPal de procesare.

Deci in afara de faptul ca PayPal isi stabileste cursul de conversie cum vrea, mai pune si 2,5% peste tot cum vrea.
