Review and test online shop

Hi,

I would like to ask some of you that have a minute or two to test the online shop that I'm running. All feedback will be much appreciated - including wrong language (because I don't know Romanian it is hard for me to know if the translators of the website have translated it user-friendly), bad design, any stuff that will not invite users ( customers ) or will make it hard for them to order. Please, give your opinion, no matter positive or negative. You could also make registration and order products just for testing, I will cancel these orders after the tests are completed. 1. How do you ship to Romania? The packages are very fragile...
2. As payment method I see Paypal ... usual romanian people don`t know what is Paypal. For direct payment use credit/debit cards.
3. If someone choose to pay at destination is not a big problem the costs of shipment and returning the money ?
4. As a shop, what is Adsense doing here ? You want to sell or to promote other shops as an affiliate blog for low adsense revenue because CPC is low ...?
5. I don`t see this link on your website "www.anpc.gov.ro".
6. Tyxo.bg logo is ruining your design , use analytics.
7. Try to implement social share upper.
8. Cos de cumparaturi: 1 produse [ singular - produs , plural - produse ]

It`s 4.40 AM and I`m tired ... questions 1,2 and 3 are based on " Location BG "

Thanks for the review:

1. Shipping is with courrier company to the door of the customer. Packaging is made special for these fragile goods. All packages are with full insurance.
2. Payment Paypal is just an alternative, the main payment mode is cash to the courrier (PLATA RAMBURS), when the customer actually sees the products. By the way - what is the most popular payment option in Romania is it really debit/credit cards?
3. There is no cost for shipment, but maybe I should add this text to every product - Livrare gratuita or Transport gratuit. It is written in conditions, but maybe no one reads them.
4. Adsense there is just for filling those space because I don't have yet something to put there. You mean Adsense should be out of the shop, because is distracting customers and is bad idea, right?

7. I have just added Facebook like button, so I'm goind to increase social share, yes.
8. Cos de cumparaturi - there is problem with coding this to have two words according to if it is single or plural.

Very helpful review - I will start working on these problems. I just wanted to have native romanian opinions as this is what is real user.

Ramburs payment is mostly used in Romania, then credit/debit cards.
For this type of shop 0.001% will buy with Paypal or less...

Yes, that's why I'm mostly depending on Ramburs payment. I have already some customers, but there is a lot of visits and not much customers. I don't know, maybe Romanian people are not very open to Bulgarian goods and that's why there are not many customers. Romania has 3x population than Bulgaria - no orders, I have the same online shop here and there are a lot of orders. Any more info regarding will be much appreciated.

Ivok, i think your main problem for low customers is price. You have a very high prices for mostly romanian customers. Maybe you can work on this aspect. My2 cents.

Well, I have made some research on the other shops with the same products and I think the prices are not high. There is also free shipping. But I can check again - may be you are right. Thanks. (I can experiment with decreasing all prices with 10-20% to see if this is the problem)
