Le-am trimis tot ce au cerut,am sunat...am vorbit,mi-au spus ca-l vor debloca si apoi am primit emailul cu cele 180 de zile.Dupa acest email...nimic.Nu mai raspund.Acesta e ultimul email:

"Limited Account Access Appeal Denied

After reviewing your PayPal account, we have determined there to be
excessive risk involved and we would like to begin parting ways in a manner
that is least disruptive to your business.

If your PayPal account balance is zero, and you have no outstanding issues,
such as unresolved Buyer Complaints or chargebacks, your account will
remain limited.

If there are funds in your account, the remaining account balance will be
held for a period of 180 days in order to minimise chargeback risks. Any
Buyer Complaints or chargebacks received against your account during this
time will be paid from your account balance. Once the 180-day period has
elapsed, you may either withdraw to a bank account that is registered on
your PayPal account, or request a wire transfer for a fee of 40.00 USD."
