Si eu am vazut mai demult chestia asta, dar inca nu-mi dau seama cum functioneaza. Am video-uri, dar sunt sursa numai eu si ce-i drept... nici n-au strans cantitati impresionante de views. Probabil ca functioneaza acolo unde video-ul este embeduit de foarte multa lume, desi si aici e o chestie... Daca e preluat de un site mare, apar ei automat ca sursa? Pentru ca nu el e sursa.

Poate ca tot cel care a pus video-ul are posiblitatea sa seteze acest lucru de undeva (poate ca optiunea se activeaza numai cand atingi anumite cifre).

You don't.
It just means that large percentage of views of your video came from that site. They are usually popular blogs or other sites.
The name will change as other sites pick it up and drive more traffic to it.

It is usually a good thing.
