Salut,
... raspunsul meu:please stop blogging my all rights reserved photos from flickr.
this site is clearly just an api-feed fed ad revenue generating site, there is no fair-use argument to be made.
best,
adam lawrence
... tipul revine ...Adam I'm very sorry if you feel like this but we're taking all the pictures that are PUBLIC and tagged "graffiti" on flickr I have no way of separating them
As you can see they have the original poster of the photo so we aren't taking any credit over them. We're just presenting them on site, that's all.
Thanks for understanding,
Alex
PS: One suggestion. Try not to tag them "graffiti"
Siteul in cauza este romaniangraffiti dot ro. Alex
You misunderstand the term "public" on flickr. By blogging photos marked "All Rights Reserved" you are in fact violating my copyright, and the copyrights of many other photographers. What you need to do is switch your robot to only link photos with a Creative Commons license that allows commercial use and remove all photos that aren't being legally used. I am glad that you aren't stripping attribution etc, but you still need to remove the All Rights Reserved pics and re-program your website. Just out of curiosity, how much money does your site make in any given day?
Best, Adam
Are sau nu dreptate? Incalc copyrightul?
